Titusville Area Hospital Dental Clinic
Compassionate Dental Care Close to Home
Since opening in 2020, the Titusville Area Hospital Dental Clinic has been committed to providing dental care for patients of all ages. As the need for dental services has continued to grow throughout our region, the clinic has expanded through an innovative partnership with the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine to improve access to care while training the next generation of rural dental professionals.
Patients are currently seen in the Dental Clinic located on the first floor of Titusville Area Hospital. Upon completion of the new Health and Dental Clinic at 228 E. Central Avenue, the program will relocate to a larger, state-of-the-art facility designed to expand patient access and support dental education.

A New Era of Rural Dental Care
Rural communities continue to experience significant barriers to dental care, including provider shortages, long wait times, transportation challenges, and limited access to providers accepting Medicaid or patients without dental insurance.
Through its partnership with the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Titusville Area Hospital is addressing these challenges by expanding access to quality dental care while creating a sustainable pipeline of dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants committed to serving rural communities.
The first dental residents began seeing patients on July 1, 2026, in the current hospital-based Dental Clinic. Once completed, the new Health and Dental Clinic at 228 E. Central Avenue will feature ten dental operatories and a collaborative teaching environment where patients receive high-quality care while future dental professionals gain valuable hands-on experience.
Insurance and Payment for Dental Services
The Dental Clinic welcomes patients of all ages.
Most insurance plans, including Medicaid, are accepted. For patients without dental insurance, affordable payment options are available. Our staff is happy to discuss insurance coverage and payment arrangements before your visit.
