Titusville Area Hospital (TAH) is a not-for-profit, community-based, critical
access hospital in Titusville, PA founded in 1900. We serve portions of
four counties providing care to more than 30,000 people. TAH has been
recognized nationally as a "100 Top Hospital" for high-quality,
cost-efficient health care.
In October 2015 TAH was acquired by
Meadville Medical Center (MMC) to create a seamless health system that covers all of Crawford County,
Pennsylvania. MMC is committed to ensuring that healthcare in Titusville
remains under local control and is founded in high-quality, innovation

Titusville Area Hospital provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency
services. Inpatient services include medical, surgical, pediatrics and
intensive/coronary care. Outpatient services include same day surgery,
diagnostic imaging, clinical laboratory, cardiac rehabilitation, oncology,
pain management, and various therapeutic support services.
