Titusville Area Hospital (TAH) was recently named in a Becker’s Hospital Review article as one of the top hospitals in the nation for Nurse Communication, earning a prestigious 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in this category. TAH is one of only 567 hospitals nationwide to receive this rating and just one of 42 in the state to be named.
The rating is based on data from the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey and reflects how well patients felt their nurses listened, explained information, and treated them with courtesy and respect. The ratings released on May 15 reflect data collected from July 2024 through June 2025. The full article and list can be viewed online at beckershospitalreview.com.
“We thank the nurses who made this recognition possible. This honor is a testament to the compassion our nurses demonstrate. Patient care is very important and it is gratifying to see that the community’s feedback reflects the commitment our nurses have to their work,” said Lee Clinton, CEO of TAH.
TAH is proud to be recognized for this achievement and thanks its nurses for their hard work and compassionate patient care.
