On Thursday June 26, 2025 the Titusville Area Hospital (TAH) received a generous toy donation from the Women Educators of The Crawford County Alpha Gamma Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma. They provided several large boxes full of stuffed animals, various other toys and get-well cards to go with each.
These toys will be distributed to children receiving care across several hospital departments, including those recovering in post-operative services, dental procedures, and occupational therapy, as well as children visiting the emergency department and outpatient clinics. The goal is to help ease anxiety, provide comfort, and create a more positive healthcare experience for young patients.
“It is always heartwarming to see a community group put forth such an effort to support our hospital and patients,” said Kelly Clark, Marketing and Communications Specialist at TAH. “These thoughtful gifts will be especially meaningful to children who may be feeling anxious or in pain during recovery or therapy.”
Representatives from TAH were invited to the group’s June luncheon to receive the donation in person. “We are deeply grateful to the Women Educators of Delta Kappa Gamma,” said Clark. “These toys will bring smiles to so many young faces and brighten the experience for our littlest patients across multiple areas of care.” To learn more about Titusville Area Hospital, visit our website at TitusvilleHospital.org.
