Titusville Area Hospital would like to welcome Rachael Rubaker, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). Rachael received her Master’s in Social Work from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. The office is located on the first floor of the hospital and is open, by appointment, Monday–Friday 8:00 am—4:30 pm. In-person and telehealth options are available. Rachael provides services to families and individuals age 8 and up.
Services include:
- Trauma counseling
- Anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and PTSD counseling
- Grief counseling
Melinda Douglas, CRNP who offers psychiatric mental health services and medication management, will continue to offer services at TAH on a part-time basis.
