Lee M. Clinton, FACHE
President & CEO of Titusville Area Hospital
Vice President of System Integration at Meadville Medical Center
Mr. Clinton joined Meadville Medical Center (MMC) in May 2016 as the President
& CEO of Titusville Area Hospital, MMC’s wholly-owned critical
access hospital.
Mr. Clinton has over fifteen years of healthcare experience ranging from
various clinical and managerial roles. For the 10-years prior to joining
MMC, Mr. Clinton was the Chief Operating Officer at Perry County Health
System (PCMH), a critical access hospital located in Southeast Missouri.
During his final two years there, PCMH was named a Top 20 Critical Access
Hospital in the nation by the National Rural Health Association.
Lee received a bachelor of health science degree in respiratory therapy
and a master's degree in health care administration from the University
of Missouri in Columbia; and a master’s degree in business administration
from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau.
Clinton is board certified in healthcare administration as a Fellow of
the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). For years Mr. Clinton
served on the Board of Directors of the University of Missouri Health
Management Program’s Alumni Association and served as President
from 2012-2014. Mr. Clinton received the Early Careerist Award from the
University of Missouri's Health Management Alumni Association in 2008;
and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Early Careerist
Regents Award in 2011.
Jill Neely
Chief Financial Officer
Jill Neely is the Chief Financial Officer for Titusville Area Hospital.
She joined Titusville Area Hospital in 1998 as the Controller, and in
2007 was named the Chief Financial Officer. Jill oversees the financial
aspects of the hospital including Accounting, Business Office, Medical
Records, and Storeroom.
Jill is originally from Titusville, PA. She received her Bachelor of Science
degree in Accounting at Indiana University of PA. Jill had accounting
experience working in Harrisburg, PA, Columbus, OH, and Akron, OH before
moving back to Titusville, PA in 1997.
Brenda Burnett, R.N.
Vice President Patient Services/ CNO
Brenda Burnett R.N., a graduate of Saint Vincent School of Nursing joined
the Titusville Area Hospital after leaving Saint Vincent Health Center,
as a charge nurse to relocate with her family to the Titusville Area.
Brenda has over 35 years of nursing experience. At Titusville Area Hospital,
she gained experience by working in pediatrics, medical/surgical and ICU
as a float nurse. She then moved into a variety of leadership roles, which
included Infection Preventionist, Purchasing /Central Sterile Manger,
as well as the Director of Utilization Review Department. In 2001, she
was advanced to Director of Nursing over seeing all inpatient and outpatient
nursing services. July 2016, Brenda began her new role as Vice President
of Patient Services/Chief Nursing Officer. Her responsibilities include
the overall management of Patient Services, which include: Nursing Services
(inpatient & outpatient), Patient Safety, Risk Management, Corporate
Compliance, Quality Management, Education, and Employee Health. Brenda
supports the corporate culture of accountability, competency, and respect.
In addition Brenda has served on several community and church committees.
Holli Wolfe, FACHE
Associate Vice President of Operations
Holli Wolfe joined Titusville Area Hospital (TAH) in May 2017 as the Director
of Marketing and Foundation. In 2019, she was promoted to the Associate
Vice President of Operations. In this position she oversees numerous departments
including therapy services, pharmacy, out-patient clinics, marketing,
business development and the TAH Foundation.
Prior to working at TAH, Holli worked in healthcare (at Warren General
Hospital and HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital) for nearly fifteen years
in a variety of roles including clinical and managerial. She received
a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiology from Clarion University and
a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from the University
of St. Francis. Holli is board certified in Healthcare Administration
as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
Holli serves on various local community boards.
