Titusville Area Hospital (TAH) is pleased to welcome Pediatric Physician, Eliana Diaz Duran, MD. Dr. Diaz received her medical degree at Dr. Jose Matias Delgado University in San Salvador, El Salvador. She completed her residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/Elmhurst Hospital Center in Queens, New York. Dr. Diaz is a member of both the National Hispanic Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Diaz joined Oak Street Pediatrics with Dr. Munoz and Katie Vincent, PA-C. She will be providing pediatric care and will begin seeing patients on November 1, 2022. The office is located at 339 W Spring Street, Titusville, PA 16354. To schedule appointments, please call 814-827-7004.
