What is the patient portal?
The portal is a convenient way for our patients to view their medical record
online. Using a standard internet browser, you now have the ability to
access the most important elements of your health record.
Am I required to use this?
No, it is not required. However, we strongly encourage you to take advantage
of this service since it is a very convenient way for you to have constant
access to your current health information and recent Lab results.
What information is available?
A variety of your health information is currently available for you. The
portal currently includes: Medical Reports, At Home Medications, Lab Results,
and your overall Health Summary.
Is there a cost or fee?
No. The service is completely free of charge and does not require any insurance
review or approval.
Is it safe and secure?
Yes! Security is always of the utmost importance when concerning your health
information. We go to great lengths to ensure that your data is always
stored and transmitted using the most advanced protection available. You
are responsible for protecting information once it is in your possession.
Be sure not to disclose your password and always be mindful who has access
to your email account!
How can I sign up?
If you already know your Medical Record number and your email address is
already on file with us, you can self-register by going to our
self-registration page.
Otherwise, please contact our support team and they can guide you through
the registration process.
