With Affordable Care Act still in place, open enrollment starts, Wednesday

Since Donald Trump was inaugurated as president, he has been fighting to dismantle the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare.

In the spring, Congress approved to repeal the health care law. However, the Senate voted against repealing it, thus saving the Affordable Care Act (ACA), for now.
