Expanded Surgical Suite
Our surgical suite features three operating rooms, new private patient areas, and a
special procedures roomt. The overall layout of the suite is streamlined for better
patient flow and improved scheduling. The special procedures room is equipped with a
state-of-the-art system for imaging and treating a range of urological problems and for
procedures such as endoscopies and colonoscopies.
Advanced Procedures
The renovated and expanded surgical suites create an environment necessary to perform
advanced procedures such as laparoscopic appendectomy, arthroscopic shoulder surgery,
minimally invasive total hip replacement and "stitchless" cataract surgery.
These procedures are among the ways that Titusville Area Hospital physicians are
approaching surgery today, creating smaller incisions, reducing postoperative pain and
speeding recovery times.
Experienced Team
Caring for patients is a team of experienced surgeons, anesthesiologists, certified
registered nurse anesthetists, surgical nurses and technicians who work together to
provide personal care. Physicians in the following specialties perform surgery: general,
thoracic and vascular surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic
surgery and urology.
