LAMAZE Breathing & Relaxation Tips for Childbirth
Held monthly, Wednesday sessions
Dates:  May 1 & 8; June 5 & 12; July 10 & 17; August 7 & 14; September 4 & 11; November 6 & 13; December 4 & 11.
Time:  6:30 to  9:30 P.M. 
Place:  Titusville Area Hospital Obstetrics Education Room (first floor)
Fee:  $10 per couple due at first class

Details:  Breathing and relaxation tips for labor and delivery as well as the signs, symptoms and progression of labor. Mothers and their coaches are encouraged to take this class in the last three months of pregnancy.

TAKING CARE OF BABY Infant Care
Dates: May 7; August 6; November 5
Time:  6:30 to 9:30 P.M.
Place:  Titusville Area Hospital Obstetrics Education Room (first floor) 
Fee:   Free

Details:  Single seesion, held quarterly.  Class includes demonstrations, handouts and sharing on topics of infant bathing, diapering, cord care, circumcision care, bottle and breast-feeding, burping, home safety, immunizations, car seat safety and more. Beneficial for new parents, grandparents and babysitters. Recommended six weeks before due date.

TOBACCO CESSATION FOR PREGNANT MOTHERS -                             FREE DIAPERS!
To enroll you must be:
1. current smoker
2. ready to stop smoking
3. up to 20 weeks pregnant
4. a patient of Women's Health Association of Titusville
To be eligible for FREE DIAPERS for up to ONE YEAR - you must quit smoking during your pregnancy, participate in monthly counseling sessions after baby is born, stay smoke-free throughout the entire program.  Contact Paula Kerr, Tobacco Cessation Coordinator (814) 827-1852 ext. 3580; or paula.kerr@titusvillehospital.org
