Annual Fund 2008 (July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008) - helping heart patients!
This year's Annual Fund will provide needed funds for the expansion and enhancement of Cardiac Rehabilitation & Heart Services.  Since 1991 when the Cardiac Rehab service started at Titusville Hospital, hundreds of  heart patients have benefited from this medically supervised program.  Patients who have had a heart attack or heart surgery gain more energy, strength & self-confidence as they improve the function of their heart through exercise, wireless monitoring, nutrition and education.

Memorials & Honorariums
Gifts made to the Foundation in memory or in honor of an individual, friend or relative will benefit the area of highest priority at the hospital, unless otherwise designated by the donor.

Vehicle Donations to Benefit Local Healthcare
Now you can donate a vehicle (car, truck, boat, motorcycle, RV, etc.) and proceeds from the sale can be designated to benefit Titusville Area Hospital.  This new way to donate to the Hospital Foundation is made possible through a partnership with Charity Direct.  Charity Direct will coordinate the donations by receiving or arranging to pick up the vehicle and selling it at auction to licensed dealers.

There is no cost to the donor, and the process is easy.  For tax purposes, the donor will receive a letter from Charity Direct listing the sale price of the vehicle.

To donate, visit the website of Charity Direct, www.charitydirect.com and complete the information.  Remember to fill in Titusville Area Health Center Foundation as your "Charity of Choice".
