Golfers will enjoy 18-holes of golf with cart, BBQ lunch, steak and chicken dinner buffet, beverages on the course, entry for grand prize and door prizes. 
Four Hole-in-One contests including Hole #3 for $25,000 cash!   Proximity contest prizes for men and women Longest Putt, Closest to Pin, Shortest Drive, and Longest Drive.  Side Raffles (pay to play) Mulligan, 50/50, Cash Faffle, Instant Tickets, Auxiliary Cash Prize and Gift Basket, Bet the Pond, Bet the Green and Skins.

Annual Fund 2013   (July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013)
Our 2013 Annual Fund will benefit multiple patient care areas:  Surgical Care Equipment ($92,000-$152,000); Fetal Monitors and Birthing Beds for Birthing Center ($22,835-$68,505); Patient Access to Personal Health Documents ($34,500); Building preparation for new Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technology ($200,000); Rehabilitation Equipment for Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy ($13,738).

Vehicle Donations to Benefit Local Healthcare
Now you can donate a vehicle (car, truck, boat, motorcycle, RV, etc.) and proceeds from the sale can be designated to benefit Titusville Area Hospital.  This new way to donate to the Hospital Foundation is made possible through a partnership with Charity Direct.  Charity Direct will coordinate the donations by receiving or arranging to pick up the vehicle and selling it at auction to licensed dealers.   There is no cost to the donor, and the process is easy.  For tax purposes, the donor will receive a letter from Charity Direct listing the sale price of the vehicle.   To donate, visit the website of Charity Direct, www.charitydirect.com and complete the information.  Remember to fill in Titusville Area Health Center Foundation as your "Charity of Choice".
