Details: Teaches beauty tips to women who are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatments so they can look better and feel good.  Presented by Latreia Day Spa staff of Titusville, who have been certfied by ACS for this program.

Details:  Information on  medications, preventing complications, physical activity, and monitoring blood sugar are taught by Judy Paulich, RN.   Tips on meal planning, restaurant dining and food exchange lists offered by Carolyn Bienio, Registered Dietician.

Dates:  September 8 through November 10  
Time:    5:00 to 6:00 P.M.

Fee:  $16 for Highmark Members; $101 for Others

Details:  Designed to help participants lose 10 pounds or 10 percent of their body weight through optimal nutrition, regular exercise and behavior change.

Details: A lifestyle improvement program to identify and reduce individual stressors through specific relaxation techniques.   This is a Highmark Preventive Health Alliance Program.

Details:  Expands on the relaxation technqiues taught in DRW I, and teaches participants to employ the techniques in everyday life.  Creative problem solving, time management, and journaling also used to promote stress management.  This is a Highmark Preventive Health Alliance Program.

TOBACCO "QUIT" Program - "CLEAR THE AIR"
Dates:  October 5 (single sessions)

TOBACCO  "Quit" Program  - "FREEDOM FROM SMOKING" (7-sessions over 6 wks)

Details:  A tobacco cessation program for adults using a group behavior modification technique. Education topics and group interaction teach participants how to quit using tobacco. FREE nicotine patches, gum and lozenges, Chantix or Zyban if you are uninsured or your insurance does not cover these quit aides.

TOBACCO CHEW  "Quit" Program - "ENOUGH SNUFF" (Free In-home program)
Free In-home Program to help you quit chew tobacco.  Helps you break the habit by
1) getting ready to quit, 2) planning to quit, 3) dealing with withdrawal, 4) staying off chew or snuff. 
Receive Free:  do-it-yourself book, video with quit tips, and phone counseling
You Must be:  18 years of age or older, be a daily user of chew tobacco for one year or more, and willing to quit all tobacco use including snuff, chew, cigarettes, cigars and pipes.
