Details: This educational program will be
presented by Judy Paulich, R.N. who will cover medications, preventing complications,
exercise, monitoring blood sugar and a discussion on how to better cope with disease. Carolyn Bienio, Registered Dietician, will also
present information on menu planning, restaurant dining and food exchange lists. The
program is very helpful with handling the day to day issues of living with diabetes.

Details: A tobacco cessation program for adults
using a group behavior modification technique. Education topics and group interaction
teach participants how to quit using tobacco. Call for a brochure of the program's
outline. FREE nicotine patches, gum and lozenges, Chantix or Zyban if you are
uninsured or your insurance does not cover these quit aides.
CHEW TOBACCO "Quit" Program - "ENOUGH SNUFF" (Free
In-home program)
Free In-home Program to help you quit chew tobacco. Helps you break the
habit by
1) getting ready to quit, 2) planning to quit, 3) dealing with withdrawal, 4) staying off
chew or snuff.
Receive Free: do-it-yourself book, video with quit tips, and phone counseling
You Must be: 18 years of age or older, be a daily user of chew tobacco for one year
or more, and willing to quit all tobacco use including snuff, chew, cigarettes, cigars and
pipes.
