Details: Expands on the relaxation technqiues taught in DRW I, and teaches
participants to employ the techniques in everyday life. Creative problem solving,
time management, and journaling also used to promote stress management. This is a

TOBACCO "Quit" Program - "SMOKE FREE FOR LIFE"

Details: A tobacco cessation program for adults using a group behavior modification
technique. Education topics and group interaction teach participants how to quit
using tobacco. FREE nicotine patches, gum and lozenges, Chantix or Zyban if you are
uninsured or your insurance does not cover these quit aides.
TOBACCO CHEW "Quit" Program - "ENOUGH SNUFF"
(Free In-home program)
Free In-home Program to help you quit chew tobacco. Helps you break the
habit by
1) getting ready to quit, 2) planning to quit, 3) dealing with withdrawal, 4) staying off
chew or snuff.
Receive Free: do-it-yourself book, video with quit tips, and phone counseling
You Must be: 18 years of age or older, be a daily user of chew tobacco for one year
or more, and willing to quit all tobacco use including snuff, chew, cigarettes, cigars and
pipes.
